I hate to admit this but there has been some confusion for quite some time (myself included) about the rewording, or lack thereof, of this updated policy. If you look on line 3 under “Doubling of Manufacturer Coupons”, it reads as follows:

No more than FOUR “like” (same UPC) coupons will be doubled per customer per day. Any additional coupon(s) may be accepted at face value (not doubled) based upon product availability.
This entire statement refers to the “like” concept of the coupon and the product being sold. Nowhere in their policy does it restrict the rest of the coupons being doubled. It also allows for the same value coupon but with a possible different UPC, possibly from different circulars or different sites. However, under the introductory line, they write that the policy varies from State to State. I think this is why so many people (again, myself included) assumed the “maximum of 6” rule for this long. Also, when this policy came out, I called Ft.Eddy and asked for clarification, and the customer service desk told me the "6" rule was still in effect.
But I called both stores this morning, even spoke to an assistant manager, and the way they understand the policy, the only restriction is under the auspices of “like” coupons. After that, there is no limit. Because the last words on line 3 read “based upon product availability”, this limitation only refers to the “like” coupons.

Each customer service desk has a copy of their individualized policy. But I can tell you that two days ago I doubled 6 coupons, as usual, and there was no problem. Now, I will double more. SCORE!!
